ABOUT ME

Guiding

I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and am a registered with the New Zealand Association of Counsellors (NZAC). I have gained valuable experience working with adults and youth facing a variety of mental health difficulties and I bring a wealth of knowledge to my practice.

I am constantly learning and growing, both personally and professionally, which allows me to bring a fresh and evolving perspective to my work. Outside of my practice, I find that my own mindfulness practices help me to stay grounded and present, qualities I bring to my work with clients.
